  • Dementia Hub

    The Merton Dementia Hub offers a range of services for both carers and people with dementia, family and friends. Delivered in partnership with South West London and St George’s Health Trust, a range of statutory services and other voluntary organisations, these services include Carers information and support groups (CrISP), a memory clinic, dementia cafés, a range of support groups for both people with dementia and carers and a number of other services (e.g. podiatry and dentistry). Our Dementia Adviser and Dementia Support Workers will also be on hand to offer advice and arrange home visits if required.
